Broken-off pieces can end up in the oil system, block the oil pump pickup and cause serious engine damage. BMW does not supply the covers separately, only the complete VANOS units.

Together with Mr Vanos, Evolve developed replacement covers that are a true replacement for the original part. Unlike other products, they do not leave the springs exposed. The covers are CNC machined from T6082 aluminium and eliminate the risk of future failure.

Features

T6082 aluminium: CNC machined and black anodised

True replacement: developed with Mr Vanos, springs remain covered

Easy installation: snap-on fitting without special tools

Made in UK: designed and produced in the United Kingdom

Compatibility

BMW M3 E90 (S65)

BMW M3 E92 (S65)

BMW M3 E93 (S65)

Specifications

Brand: Evolve

Manufacturer part number: EVO-S65-VC

Material: T6082 aluminium, CNC machined

Finish: black anodised

Installation

The covers click into place; no special tools are needed.
