Remove the biggest restriction from the S62 V8 in your BMW M5 E39 with the Evolve 4-1 stepped Medusa manifolds in stainless steel.

The original exhaust manifolds are the biggest bottleneck of the S62 V8. Replacing only the exhaust therefore yields hardly any power. Evolve developed a 4-1 stepped design that gives more power at the top end while retaining the strong torque in the low and mid rev range.

From 2,000 to 5,000 rpm, the engine delivers almost 542 Nm (stock 499 Nm), and above 5,000 rpm it gains 25 to 40 hp, depending on its technical condition. In combination with Evolve software and intake system, power rises from an average of 390 hp and 499 Nm to 445 hp and well over 542 Nm. With the manifolds alone, the sound increases only slightly.
