Permanently solve the well-known throttle actuator problem of your BMW M3 E90, E92 or E93 with the uprated Evolve actuators.

The throttle actuator is a common problem on the S65 engine in the M3 and the S85 in the M5 and M6. When it fails, the engine goes into limp mode with the DSC and EML warning lights on. The well-known fault codes are 2B15 (Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 1) and 2B16 (Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 2). Often the engine first runs normally for about 5 minutes before the symptoms appear.

The cause is a design flaw in the internal gears, which wear prematurely and overload the electronics. With these remanufactured actuators, all internal components are replaced with heavier-duty versions, so the actuator does not fail again.
