Permanently solve the well-known throttle actuator problem of your BMW M5 E60 or M6 E63 with the uprated Evolve actuators.

A faulty throttle actuator is a common problem with the S85 engine in the E6X M5 and M6. The engine then goes into limp mode with the DSC and EML lights on, often with fault codes 2B15 (Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 1) and 2B16 (Throttle Valve Actuator Bank 2). Often the engine first runs normally for about 5 minutes before the symptoms appear.

The cause is a design flaw in the internal gears, which wear prematurely and overload the electronics. With these refurbished actuators, Evolve replaces all internal components with heavier-duty versions, so the problem does not return. You choose from two options: send in your old actuators in advance, or pay a deposit (core charge) that is refunded once your old actuators have been received.
